By placing a pre-order with Ordained Origins, you agree to the following terms:

PAYMENT
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

ESTIMATED SHIP DATE
The estimated ship date for this pre-order is June 15, 2025. While we make every effort to meet this date, production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. In the event of a delay you will be notified via email promptly.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because production begins immediately upon order confirmation, we are unable to cancel, modify, or transfer pre-orders once they are placed. Please review your size and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING
All Drop 1 pre-orders ship free within the United States. International shipping is not available for this release. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our standard return and exchange policy applies to all pre-order items upon delivery. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.
