Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within the 7-day return window.

  • Photo or video evidence is required for all exchange requests due to defects or damage. Please provide clear images or videos showing the issue so we can properly assess and resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
