Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
Proof of purchase is required.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchange requests must be submitted within the 7-day return window.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
